400th Article

It started off like a typical Wednesday. I worked my regular job, which is typically busier on a Wednesday than any other day of the week. We came up with a few new strategies for IT and I worked with the team to really focus on how IT can provide value to the organization.

After spending a few hours with the family, I sat down in front of my computer to start writing a new article. Last year, I set out on a somewhat ambitious goal: write an article each day for an entire year. I’ve written a few prior to starting that goal and will complete my 365 day journey on May 11th this year (if everything continues to go well).

The series that I was focused on as of late was the Laravel developer series. I was on the 47th article and will continue to grow it. Just when I was about to start writing it, I noticed that I would be writing my 400th article.

I understand that it’s an article just like any other, but I like to celebrate small wins :).

Writing has become such an integral part of my daily routine that I don’t think I’ll be able to stop writing. I’m going to celebrate my 365 day goal, but that’s not going to be the day that I stop. It’s just another day that I can’t wait to…
