I have roughly 10 years of professional programming experience. I switch between a number of programming languages/frameworks each year…it all depends what I’m working on.

I’ve been interviewing recently for senior and lead roles. I was flabbergasted at the amount of syntax questions I’ve been asked throughout my interviews. After one interview, I came back home and started jotting down the questions…I came up with 43 syntax questions that I was asked in one interview.

It’s been super frustrating.
